4. Shipper Responsibilities

• Properly packaging and labeling cargo

• Being available at pickup and delivery locations during scheduled times
• Timely payment for services rendered

5. Liability

We do not arrange transportation for:

• Illegal substances or contraband
• Hazardous materials without proper documentation and authorization
• Live animals (unless specifically arranged)
• Items prohibited by federal, state, or local law
